So your new to Christ the Good Shepherd, well first can we say welcome!

Throughout our website you will find all you need, from who we are to events. Christ the Good Shepherd was launched on Easter Sunday 2022 after formerly being known as Our Lady of Walsingham Mission for 7 years. Through research, we found out that there hasn't been a Catholic presence in the area where we are for over 30 years, and we felt it was time that our area knew that there was a Catholic presence here. While we serve locally we also have a global outreach via our 20-minute worship each Sunday on YouTube and our website.  Christ the Good Shepherd is known as an independent catholic church as it is not affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church or the Diocese of Hallam, Our mission is served by validly ordained clergy who maintain valid apostolic succession through many lines including those of the Roman Catholic Church, Anglican Church, and Orthodox Churches.
